Diamond-selling R&B superstar Usher is fast at work on his sixth studio album and it’s going to be something special. According the ‘U’ man himself, the forthcoming album will be titled “Monster” ! Set for release this fall, Usher’s “Monster” follows his 2008 effort “Here I Stand” and world wide smash “Confessions (2004)”. While specific songs and producers have not been confirmed for “Monster” Usher has spent time in the studio with Jermaine Dupri, Ne-Yo and Pharell. In related news, Usher is officially on Twitter after months of avoiding the new social networking craze. Sharing photos and tweeting with Ashton Kutcher on the set of “Five Killers,” Usher wrote: “Hello to the Twitter Nation… I said I wouldn’t do this. I’m on the set. Ashton and Demi did it!! If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em! Here goes!!!” In addition to shooting his cameo in “Five Killers” Usher appeared in 15 year old Canadian sensation Justin Bieber’s debut video/single “One Time”. The song, produced by Tricky Stewart, hails from Bieber’s Island Records debut that also features collaborative efforts with The-Dream and Midi Mafia. Usher introduced Bieber in April, calling the singer a “young phenomenon. He’s definitely a priority for me and Island Def Jam”.
