With a successful comeback to the music industry, Jennifer Lopez may have decided to opt out of a new season with “American Idol,” according to E! News.
“She’s just too busy,” a source said. Aside from being a judge on the singing competition show, she’s also been balancing her singing career, as well as being an actress and mother to four-year-old twins.
Nevertheless, the 42-year-old Bronx native has yet to make an official decision about her future with the show.
A source close to the network said, “FOX does not want to let her go. They love her.”
Most recently, Lopez also announced that she’s set to tour this summer with Enrique Iglesias, which will kick off during ‘Idol’s summer auditions.
