Rising R&B singer Iman Europe delivers the new single “Time,” the lead offering from her forthcoming debut album, nami, scheduled for release in September 2018.
Produced by Wayne Valentine, her team describes the soulful and cleverly-written record as a sound between Zapp & Roger and DJ BattleCat.
“Time is the mood for the summer, a west coast vibe that everyone can relate to,” Iman Europe explains, “ The message is simple: Don’t waste my time. In any capacity. Although this song stems from a personal experience, I think our generation is very focused right now and our time and attention is very valuable. We ain’t got time to waste it.”
“Time” follows the LA-based singer/songwriter’s standout tracks “Studio” and “Blessing,” the Trakgirl (Jhene Aiko, Belly, Omarion, King Chip) produced single that was featured on HBO Insecure’s official Spotify playlist shortly after its premiere on Redbull Radio.
