Another standout 90s R&B group has reunited!
Platinum-selling trio 702, consisting of Kameelah Williams, and sisters Irish Grinstead and LeMisha Fields, are ready for another career run together. The ladies previously reassembled at the 2017 Soul Train Music Awards, and now they are kicking their reunion into another gear with a planned tour.
The announcement comes on the heels of member Meelah’s latest released single, “Desert Love.”
702 are well known for classic hits like “Steelo” and “Get It Together,” from their 1996 debut album, which sold 500,000 copies, and their smash “Where My Girls At?” from their ‘702’ album, which went platinum.
The group disbanded in 2006 before reuniting over a decade later.
The upcoming tour will be documented.
Stay tuned for more from 702! Are you excited?
