R&B artist Ella Mai bares her soul on her latest offering “Naked,” an unapologetic song in which she yearns for a judgment-free lover. Produced by her 10 Summers label boss DJ Mustard, on the track, the London born songstress strikes the heartstrings as she delivers emotionally-rich vocals over the well-tooled production.
“Are you ready to fight just to see what’s lost behind my flaws? / Can you love me naked?” Ella sings.
“Excited to give my fans some new music for my birthday! In life there are a lot of factors that make you believe you should change yourself in order to be accepted but I just wanted to say that you don’t have to,” says Ella. “Can’t wait to perform this record live on tour!”
Ella recently announced six intimate international shows starting November 29th in Santa Ana, CA with stops in Toronto, New York, Paris, and Amsterdam, before wrapping up on December 12th in her native London.
The trek will support her highly-favored EP trilogy – TIME, CHANGE, and READY, which sees her chronicling the highs and lows of relationships and the lavishes in newfound love.
