Singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Chris McClenney closes out an impactful 2017 with his final single of the year called “I Ain’t.”
Like his previous releases, on “I Ain’t,” McClenney rhythmically fuses Soul, R&B, Bass, Jazz, Electronic, and Hip-Hop elements while showcasing his soulful vocals and smooth harmonies.
In 2017, McClenney received co-writing credits on Khalid’s smash single “Location,” production credits for Thatshymn, D.R.A.M, H.E.R, Sango, and Elujay, and landed a residency at NYC’s legendary Blue Note Jazz Club. He also released his debut EP, Portrait In Two, and performed with singer-songwriter Bibi Bourelly as part of Red Bull Sound Select tour.
Up next for McClenney, he is gearing up for the release of a soon-to-be announce EP out in early 2018.
