Louis York Performs “I Enjoy You” For Nashville Sessions

Earlier this month, Louis York dropped the classical-jazz-infused single, “I Enjoy You,” and now they are broadening the reach of the record in a new live performance.

For the rendition, the duo (Chuck Harmony and Claude Kelly) teams up with YouTube for the Nashville Sessions, which showcases multifaceted and engaging performances from diverse artists.

On the subtle track, Louis York soothes the soul and warms the heart with a hypnotizing blend of vocals and piano keys.

“I enjoy you, there’s a light that is shining around you,” Kelly sings. “So I employ you… Not to change one thing you do.”

While sharing the video, the group urged fans to enjoy their body of work. “We partnered with our friends at YouTube for their Nashville Sessions to share a live rendition of I Enjoy You. Hope you enjoy watching as much as we enjoyed creating this.”

“There’s a real pop sensibility in jazz and when we recorded ‘I Enjoy You’ we pulled from that pop element to create this song,” Harmony previously stated. Kelly added, “We wrote this in the middle of creating ‘Masterpiece Theater,’ and it was elegant, classy, jazzy, but very current.”

“I Enjoy You” will appear on Louis York’s soon to be released EP, Masterpiece Theater: Act III.

Harmony and Kelly are known for creating hits for artists like Rihanna, Bruno Mars, Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, Fantasia, Jennifer Hudson and more.
