MAAD follows up her ‘Le Funk‘ project with the new single, “Wonderland,” the first offering from her forthcoming EP.
On the Lostboy-produced track, which features rhymes from Brooklyn native Jimi Tents, the R&B singer/songwriter keeps us addicted with her soulful delivery as she sings about wanting more in a relationship.

“The creative process behind ‘Wonderland’ was such a special one,” MAAD tells Billboard. “I worked on the track with Lostboy and Hannah Yadi on the final day of my London trip earlier this year, and when writing, Hannah had me jot down a ton of feelings and thoughts on paper. I had never written a song this way before, but it was the first time I was thinking more about my feelings instead of the song’s structure and I couldn’t be any happier with the way it came to life.”
