According to TMZ, a judge has ruled that Thicke has committed domestic violence more than once, and has issued an order that he cannot have contact with his ex-wife Paula Patton and son, Julian.
The order specifically cites a certain finding, prompting the judge to rule that Thicke “has a history of domestic violence,” and that he must stay 100 yards clear of Julian, Paula and Paula’s mom.
This news comes a few weeks after it was reported that Patton filed a motion to deny custody from Thicke because of physical abuse to their 6-year-old son.
More proceedings will take place over the next 3 months to iron out custody options. The former couple is reportedly going to counseling as well.
