by From her Retrograde EP, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Halley Hiatt releases the moody visual for “Open Door.”
In the dark clip, directed by MP Williams, Hiatt lingers in a dark room in a black gown with dark, exaggerated tears streaming down her face.
Hiatt revealed her inspiration behind the music and video: “I’m deeply inspired by all of the art surrounding me in NYC; one of my favorite all around creatives – MP Williams (who also produced the track along with Anwar Sawyer) took his unique approach to the record and really brought it to life sonically and visually.”
