Early last month, elusive singer/songwriter Frank Ocean posted a library slip on his website with the latest due date being July 2016, assumed to be the date of the release of his long-awaited sophomore album titled Boys Don’t Cry.
The whole month of July came and went without a peep from Ocean, but this morning, August 1st), the world saw some commotion coming from his website.
As a tease (and maybe a clue), Ocean uploaded a live stream on his website of him cutting wood in a hallway full of workbenches. What could it mean? Maybe that he’s still working on the project?
Whatever it is, I think it’s a good sign that new music from Ocean is on the way!
