Most of America is reeling from the cell phone video of Louisiana-native Alton Sterling being unjustly murdered by two white police officers outside a convenience store for selling CDs, and rapper Drake is no exception.

Last night, Drizzy posted a few remarks on Instagram about how the video affected him. “I woke up this morning with a strong need to say something,” he wrote with a heavy heart.

The rapper continued, giving his condolences to Sterling’s family and stating  how he’s concerned for his loved ones.
