This past weekend marked the final weekend of the Coachella Music festival, and it also marked the weekend after the tragic passing of music icon Prince.
Usher and Jhene Aiko are a few stars who were scheduled to perform at Coachella, and took the time to honor the late Purple One during their sets.
Usher linked up with electronic music group Major Lazer for “I Would Die 4 U” and “1999,” two of Prince’s classics.

Jhene Aiko also honored the icon when she added a cover of Prince’s 1991 song “Diamonds & Pearls” to her set along with producer Gallant (who also covered “Purple Rain” with Sufjan Stevens).
