CeeLo’s released his album Heart Blanche in November, but he’s already dropping newbies.
Here’s the soulful cut “Sunday Shoes,” a perfect song coming off of Easter Sunday. It tells the story of CeeLo’s earliest memories being raised in the church by loving matriarchs.
“A sweet lil song about humble beginnings,” explained CeeLo. “I was made a man by some very great women. I dedicate this one to Atlanta SUNDAY SHOES. Enjoy,” he captioned with the song, which utilizes the church organ as a part of the accompaniment.
