The-Dream – Falsetto
“Falsetto” is from The Dream’s album, Love Hate, and it was a completely a different sound for him. With the falsetto vocal, The Dream followed Prince’s footsteps with a sound reminiscent of Prince’s a Purple Rain. The vocal capability is unique, and The Dream wasn’t afraid to step out of the box musically. The song is about The Dream feeling some type of way when he goes to work after a girl keeps talking dirty in his ear. His attitude towards the lady in the song is “I’m ready to give you what you asked for at this moment.”
