Following her singles “Won’t Hurt Me,” and “Magic,” songbird Tweet continues the roll-out of her third LP Charlene with a third offering called “Somebody Else Will.”
Frequent collaborator Missy Elliot is on the production and spits a quick verse at the beginning of the song that has Tweet ready and willing to move on from a lackluster relationship where she’s not getting proper love.
The song begins with a boppin’ beat as Tweet sings on the chorus, “If you don’t love me somebody else will, next time around I ain’t cryin’ no tears, I’ll be alright.” But then the song slows down and mellows out, allowing Tweets signature, buttery vocals to take center stage.
Charlene is slated to arrive on February 26. Purchase this song and pre-order the album on iTunes, along with two other album tracks “Neva Shoulda Left Ya” and “I Was Created For This.”
