In Honor Of Black History Month, Joe Sings ‘Our Anthem’

Hot off the heels of his critically acclaimed and the amazing tribute of Adele’s “Hello” (which garnered over 20 plus million views and received heavy radio rotation), R&B Singer Joe Thomas returns to center stage with the powerful song “Our Anthem.”

Right in time for Black History Month, the talented, 7x Grammy nominee blends the lyrics of the national anthem and Otis Redding’s “Try A Little Tenderness” to be inclusive of black reality and the Black experience. It’s a combination of Joe’s soul-stirring vocals and an emotionally-charged visual that will leave you applauding

When asked his inspiration behind the song, the singer simply puts it: “Our history, our pain, our fight calls for Our ANTHEM…Try A Little Tenderness!”

Be on the lookout for Joe’s upcoming twelfth studio album to arrive in June.
