Tank’s seventh studio album Sex, Love & Pain II (SLP2) will arrive tomorrow (Jan. 22), and he’s already dropped five “You Don’t Know,” “Better For You” "Already In Love," “#Bday,” and “Relationship Goals.”
And to boost your anticipation further, I couldn’t resist posting this gem, the opening and title track of the opus. Taking a page from the slow swing of a classic Jodeci record, Tank sings his face off once again with is always-stellar vocals and lyrics about craving not just the love of a relationship, but also the pain.
“Calling me every name in the book / A regular n*gga would be shook, but that sh*t got me hooked / I’ll go through it to let you know / Just to prove I aint ‘gon ever walk out the door,” he sings on the second verse.
Sex, Love & Pain II is the sequel to his 2007 blockbuster LP Sex, Love & Pain. Preorder above!
