Questlove investigates this issue through conversations with 10 innovative chefs in America: Daniel Humm, Dominique Crenn, Dave Beran, Nathan Myrhvold, Jesse Griffiths, Donald Link, Michael Solomonov, Ludo Lefebvre, Daniel Patterson, Ryan Roadhouse.

Questlove’s will off his witty commentary regarding the creativity of cooking from chefs in Philly, New York, Los Angeles, Portland, and New Orleans who offer their personal histories, their creative process, and their insights into innovation in food. The book will feature a forward by Anthony Bourdain and photos by Kyoko Hamada.
