Danity Kane released two albums and toured extensively, but two of the group's former members, Aubrey O’Day and Shannon Bex, say they think they should have gotten quite a bit more money for their talents. The two have since formed their own duo called Dumblonde and they chatted with “The Breakfast Club” earlier this week and dished on it all; from the fight with Dawn Richard to the issues with Diddy.
About Dawn, Aubrey explains tensions were brewing since Danity Kane’s inception. She says there was a time when the group first got together, a nasty message on the group’s fan page towards D. Woods looked like it came from Dawn’s IP address.
When it comes to the lack of funds, Bex explained, “We were signed to Diddy, that’s all I’m gonna say.” O’Day continued, “We have two platinum albums, let alone grossed over a million dollars on Christina Aguilera’s “Back to Basics” tour. We came off the tour $15,000 in debt and grossed millions. Thanks Diddy,” Bex said.
Wow, pretty juicy!
