Prince unleashes a snippet from his upcoming HITNRUN album called "This Could Be Us," an alternate version of a song of the same name from his 2014 album, Art Official Age. This version has a different feel from the original, adding smooth synths for a slightly modern feel.
Prince teamed up with Jay Z’s co-owned music streaming service (which will exclusively host the LP on Sept. 7th) because the company matches his ideals as an artist. “It was obvious that Jay Z and the team he has assembled at TIDAL recognize and applaud the effort that real musicians put in2 their craft 2 achieve the very best they can at this pivotal time in the music industry," he said in a statement earlier this month.
