John Legend and his model wife Chrissy Teigen are probably coming to a small screen near you – in one way or another.
"Black-ish" creator Kenya Barris is so inspired by Legend and Teigen's romance that he plans on creating a sitcom based off of their quirky, interracial relationship.
He tells Buzzfeed, "It's inspired by them — they're both super creative and super effusive, and I'm just fans of them and everything they stand for. I'm really excited about it."
Barris recently signed a three-year deal with ABC, and the couple have reportedly signed on to produce the show, which is tentatively called "Ordinary People" — Yup, after Legend's Grammy-winning hit song.
"I feel that song serves a thematic background for the show," Barris said.
Sounds interesting! If it comes to fruition, will you watch?
