Brooklyn-based soul music singer/songwriter Cato premieres with us today a new song called “Euphoria,” an optimistic Motown-like ditty, aimed to promote the pursuit of happiness.
“My entire life of trying to figure out what I should be, only to be satisfied with where I am is key,” he sings on the first verse.
Cato has diverse musical influences that have shaped his sound, from Motown greats to 90s Gospel, Hip-hop, and R&B. His base is mostly international, but now he’s amassing a following in the states. He has performed at many well-known venues in NYC including SOBs, The Bowery Electric, and Webster Hall and is preparing to release an EP later this year.
