The good news is K. Michelle is prepping her third studio album; the bad news is it may be her final one.
Don't fret though, she has more stuff planned. The voluptuous singer has been very active on Twitter interacting with fans and giving a lot of info on the upcoming LP, including collaborations and features.
When asked why this would be her last album, K. Michelle replied, “I wanna focus on other things, like my acting, my businesses, and family.”
And when it comes to guest features, a fan asked if she would ever consider working with controversial rapper Azealia Banks, and K. replied, "I am. That’s a done deal." Considering both women are very outspoken, that should be an explosive record!
Ever since her performance with social-media-arch-rival Tamar Braxton at the 2015 BET Awards a few weeks ago, it seems some healing has occurred between the two. When a fan asked if she would record a song with Tamar, she replied, “Yes, I might ask her to be on my album. Maybe," with a heart emoji. Not a definite yes, but the possibility is there!
K. Michelle also told fans that Timbaland, Diane Warren, Rico Love and Ester Dean are absolutes on the project. That means we can probably expect some nice jams and some power ballads!
K. Michelle's third and possible final musical project will follow her 2014 LP, Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart.
“@itsreallyweird: @kmichelle Would you collaborate with Azealia Banks on your 3rd album?>I am. That's a done deal.
