Last we heard from rising British singer Melissa Steel, she was frolicking on the beach with Popcaan in the video for “Kisses For Breakfast.”
Now the young artist is back with her official single called “You Love Me?” produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins and featuring UK rapper Wretch 32. It’s a breezy summer song to declare one’s love to.
About the song, Steel says, “I feel honored to have been given the opportunity to work with the R&B legend Rodney Jerkins. I grew up listening to the hits he’s produced over the years, many of which inspired me to become a singer. I absolutely love the track that we’ve created together with Sam Romans and can’t wait to perform it throughout the summer.”
Steel is currently working on her upcoming debut album slated to arrive later this year via Renowned Records, Full & Bless Recordings and Warner Music.
