Jidenna's "Classic Man" continue to make waves in clubs across the country as well as with the hip-hop community. Last month, rapper T.I. remixed the club-banger, adding his Southern flavor to the hot single, and now Kendrick Lamar brings the West Coast on board. On the new remix, the Compton rapper drops braggadocios lyrics, insisting, "I got key to my city / I got key to California."
"Classic Man" as well as the new remix will appear on Wondaland Presents: The Eephus, slated to arrive on August 14 via Janelle Monae's Wondaland Records and Epic Records. The set will also feature Monae, Roman GianArthur, Deep Cotton, and St. Beauty.
"I'm so thrilled to share Wondaland Records with the world. Each artist under Wondaland Records has unparalleled talent, incredible vision, and brings something unique to the music industry," Monáe stated previously. "Together, we’re creating a new movement and space for the future of music and pop culture. I'm honored to be partnering with Epic Records and my friend LA Reid to present such extraordinary talent."
