Teedra Moses to Release Long-Awaited Sophomore Album on June 23

The Gods have answered!

Teedra Moses will release her long-awaited sophomore album, Cognac & Conversation, on August 7th. The announcement comes on the heels of her recently released lead single, "Get It Right," a soulful and cleansing ballad.

"'Get It Right' is a vibe nostalgic to when I was a teenager. Listening to Mary J sing effortlessly over soulful hip hop influenced tracks. It's a vibe meant to comfort u and make u feel safe… the subject matter is relatable SUSTENANCE! It speaks from the soul not the ego," states Teedra. "The honesty of it should resonate with people of substance. Def a track to ride to and clear ya head."

The set also features the Thaddeus Dixion-produced single "All I Ever Wanted," featuring Rick Ross, which samples Camp Lo's "Luchini."

Cognac & Conversation is Teedra's first new album since her much-loved 2004 debut, Complex Simplicity. "This album is a continuation of the evolution of my music as I strive to reach new levels musically and professionally," she says.
