Noel Gourdin narrates the tale of "Foxxxy" lady, a title that prompts visions of Pam Grier, but is just a PG story. Full of strong harmonies and heightened by the R&B crooner's old soul, Gourdin takes his time to court a lady, a trait absent nowadays.
"Foxxxy is a simple courting record with a retro-relevant musical feel and sound. It's a spontaneous date, a car ride to the lake, good company and conversation and great chemistry," says Gourdin.
"Foxxxy" appears on Gourdin's City Heart, Southern Soul album, available on iTunes.
