The Beyhive is about to come for Kid Rock’s a**!
The Detroit-born rocker recently spoke with Rolling Stone’s Patrick Doyle, who spent a full day with Rock (a.k.a Bob Ritchie) at his Alabama estate. During the visit, Rock spoke freely about his life, from being a single dad, his plans to return to music, as well as his opinions on a plethora of things. But his comments about Beyonce in particular may grind some people’s gears.
In a nutshell, he doesn’t understand Beyonce’s superstardom:
“Beyoncé, to me, doesn’t have a f—ing ‘Purple Rain,’ but she’s the biggest thing on Earth,” he said. “How can you be that big without at least one “Sweet Home Alabama” or “Old Time Rock and Roll”? People are like, ‘Beyoncé’s hot. Got a nice f—ing ass.’ I’m like, ‘Cool, I like skinny white chicks with big t-ts.’ Doesn’t really f—ing do much for me.”
Everyone has an opinion and/or preference when it comes to music, beauty, etc., but in the eyes of “the hive,” he just said some major fighting words.
