Five People Shot At Chris Brown Concert At San Jose Nightclub

Early this morning (Sun, Jan. 11), five people were shot at a Chris Brown VIP appearance at the Fiesta nightclub celebrating a birthday event, including the singer's manager. While the singer sang his hit “Loyal,” shots rang out and the singer was whisked away by his security while the crowd scattered, abruptly ending the concert.

According to San Jose police and witnesses, shots rang out around 1:20 AM. Police arrived on the scene to find four people suffering from gunshot wounds, and one victim later walked into a local hospital. The condition of the four shooting victims has not been made public, but police say the walk-in victim is expected to recover.

Chris tweeted a simple “I’m 100” to assure fans he was ok after the melee (which has since been deleted). Police said several people were detained in connection with the shooting.

As much as it seems Chris is trying to stay out of trouble, trouble seems to follow him. Our thoughts and prayers are with the shooting victims.
