Ameriie closes out 2014 with a newbie in the form of "Mustang," an empowering, up-tempo song about staying the course. The new release follows the “1 Thing” hit-maker’s June release “What I Want,” a track that samples Sugarhill Gang’s classic hit “Apache.”
“She’s a wild one / So many have tried, but none can tame her,” declares Ameriie.
Last we heard from Ameriie, she was working on new music for possibly two different albums… The upcoming projects previously titled Cymatika Vol. 1 and 2, part of a trilogy. According to Audrey magazine, Cymatika Vol. 1 is still a go, but for the second LP, she will revisit her 2007 album, Because I Love It, and draw inspiration for the new effort, BILI. There are also plans for a potential EP and two novels.
