Hosted by Wendy Williams, the 2014 Soul Train Awards (which aired last night on BET) was filled with good music and many awards to some of the world’s most beloved artists.
Chris Brown was nominated for seven awards and took home three for Best Hip-Hop Song of the Year, Best Dance Performance and Best Collaboration for “Loyal.” Pharrell’s “Happy” won for both Video of the Year and Song of the Year, and Best New Artist Award went to Norway’s breakout stars Nico & Vinz, who performed their international hit “Am I Wrong” during the ceremony.
