Mila J has been bopping heads with her singles "Smoke, Drink, Break-Up" and "My Main," featuring Ty Dolla $ign, but now she's turning heads on the cover of Nice Entertaining Magazine's Fall 2014 issue. This lifestyle publication focuses primarily on style, food, and entertainment, with an interest for music's biggest stars. Mila J graces the cover of the second issue after its initial launch in the Spring of the 2014. She is preceded by Grammy-nominated artist, Kelis.

The candid interview with the "Times Like These" singer left the publication captivated by the star's overall "it" factor claiming, "Mila J has a refreshing sound, [and] a look that makes you look twice."

Mila, who has been in groups for most of her career, states about being solo, "… as a solo, it's like 'OK, well this is all on you. Whatever you see, whatever you dress, whatever you dance like, this all reflects you.' So I needed it to be me at that point.

She also adds about her sound, "This time around, I've got more control and I'm just writing more. So I feel like this time around, it's definitely more me. I was basically because I discovered myself.

Mila's Nice cover couldn't have come at a better time with the LA native's visual EP, Made In Los Angeles (M.I.L.A.), dominating the charts, spending some time at #1 on the iTunes R&B charts this Thursday, knocking Tinashe and Chris Brown out of the top spot.

Mila's issue of Nice Entertaining Magazine is now available on ISSUU.com.
