I think everyone saw this coming!
E! Online reports “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Phaedra Parks, has reportedly called it quits with her husband, Apolla Nida, of nearly five years. The illustrious attorney has "retained her own attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage," according to her rep Steve Honig.
Before being sent to jail, Apollo tolds listeners during his BE100 Radio Interview that his wife, Phaedra, did not show up for her his sentencing. He expressed how that made him feel. I’m sure that would make me feel some kind of way too if my spouse did not show up for support..
Recently, there have been a number of various rumors that circulated the media world. There was a huge question mark on the marital status of the two Reality TV stars. After Apollo’s guilty plea a few months back, things ran haywire for the Hollywood couple. While interviewing on “The Ryan Cameron Show,” Apollo shares his idea of what his wife should do while he faces 8-years in prison for conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud.
“I think Phaedra, in a perfect world, should be supportive as a wife should be…But if she chooses to derail from the plan, then that's what she chooses to do,” he said about his wife, with whom he fathered two children. “Apollo is prepared for whatever happens in life. Whatever's been thrown at me, I deal with it. I would like to say I would want her to stay around and do what a wife should do. But tomorrow’s not promised."
Nevertheless, Fans will get the chance to listen to Phaedra’s point of view — Ellen DeGeneres will be airing a candid interview with the entertainment lawyer on October 15.
