Maroon 5’s V Album Projections, Plus ‘America’s Got Talent’ Performance

Maroon 5 is headed for a chart-topping debut on the Billboard 200 albums chart next week.

Their new album, "V," is projected to move upwards of 150,000 copies to possibly unseat this week's chart topper Ariana Grande, whose album moved 169,000 copies over the last tracking week.

Led by the single "Maps," Maroon 5's album was released on Tuesday just as Adam Levine prepares for a return to "The Voice" (NBC).

In related news, Jeezy's new album, "Seen It All: The Autobiography," is projected to arrive at no.2 with around 90,000 copies sold.

Official numbers will be announced next week.
