Kelly Rowland Weight Training During Pregnancy

Kelly Rowland is working hard during her pregnancy, not only teaming up with trainer Jeanette Jenkins, for cardio and yoga, but weight training.

Stating that Kelly Rowland is "going to be the most incredible mom," Jenkins spoke with People about her workout regimen that lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour a day.

"We work out Monday through Friday, but we just keep it at a moderate level We stay withinher doctor’s guidelines and work out anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour so it’s not anything exorbitant," Jenkins shared. "We do cardio, we do yoga and we do light weight training."

As seen on Instagram, Rowland and Jenkins have been sharing pictures from her workout sessions. Jeanette Jenkins believes that she'll bounce back to pre-baby body, abs and all, with no trouble.
