Lumidee follows up her previously released offering "Lu To Luv Ya" with the Bodega Bamz-assisted, Clipse-sampled single "Mars."
In the music video, the "Never Leave You" singer reps her Puerto Rican heritage while the entire neighborhood comes out to rock with her. "Mars" is available on iTunes now (purchase above), and is set to appear on Lumidee’s forthcoming EP, La Luz (The Light).
"I named it this 'cause it's where I'm at in my life, I see everything for what it is, my mind is more clear then ever. Nothing better than seeing the light and still being alive…(laughs)…and yes I do plan to drop a video for everything. People definitely are into visuals online now!" she tells DirectLyrics in an interview.
