Trey Songz’s Trigga Album Sales Projections Lift

Trey Songz will have a stronger debut than originally projected.

According to trusted sources, his new album, "Trigga," could sell up to 100,000 copies by week's end.

Fresh off singles including "Na Na" and "Foreign," Songz's album was originally projected to sell 85-95,000 copies, but new projections lift sales to 90-100,000 copies.

With sales in that range, Songz is expected to debut atop the Billboard 200 albums chart and the R&B Albums chart next week.

If sales pan out, "Trigga" will become his second Billboard 200 chart-topping album.

His last album, "Chapter V," debuted at no.1 in 2012. That album debuted with sales of 135,000 copies first week.
