Chris Brown will be coming back for his spot in R&B, and it starts with “New Flame.”
The Grammy winning R&B singer is launching the new single, which features veteran crooner Usher and rapper Rick Ross. On the groovy snippet, Brown insist, “try a new thang and let’s spark a new flame.”
The track, set to arrive in full in "3 days," will serve as his first offering since being released from jail earlier this month — Brown was also snapped in the studio working with Tyga, Justin Bieber, and others.
Will “New Flame” land Brown back on top? Only time will tell!
In related news, Brown rejected a guilty plea deal this week in his Washington D.C. assault case in exchange for time already served. Apparently his legal team and the prosecutor couldn’t agree on a statement of facts about what happened outside the W hotel. A trial is tentatively scheduled for Sept. 8.
