After last week’s reports of The-Dream (Terius Nash) being a wanted man for questioning by authorities following an alleged beating of the mother of his latest child Lydia Nam, the music producer has turned himself in to NYC police.
A warrant was out for his arrest after it was reported Nam filed a police report in November 2013 for an April 2013 attack, which she claims Nash punched, kicked, and strangled her when she was pregnant at The Plaza Hotel. The reason for the delayed contact with authorities is because “she feared for her life,” cops say.
Nash has denied the allegations, but as of yesterday (May 7), he turned himself in, was booked, and is currently facing felony charges of assault, strangulation, harassment and reckless endangerment. As Nash left court after posting $20,000 cash bail, he told reporters “I have nothing to say. It’ll all come out. There are worse things in the world going on.”
