This collab will have the girls going crazy!
Nineteen year-old Diggy Simmons calls upon the velvety voice of 17-year-old Trevor Jackson for “My Girl,” the D'Mile-produced single from his upcoming album. The teen heartthrob sweet talks a love interest, and Jackson serenades on the chorus.
“I wanna get to know you girl, let me learn / Explore your mind, and every curve / We should somewhere and get acquainted / No pressure it’s just two people hangin’,” Diggy flows on the first verse.
"This record, I'm so excited about it; the way it sounds, where I'm going in my career right now, it's with the young talented Trevor Jackson, it's just a record that I'm proud of," Diggy told Singersroom on set of the single's video shoot. "I feel like it's very strong… I can't wait for everybody to see the video."
Diggy also gave props to his collaborator: "He has great energy, he's talented, and when you have somebody like that, who just has that factor… it just comes together and it's beautiful, so it's been amazing working with him.
"It's a great song, I'm blessed to be a part of it, it turned out amazing," adds Trevor. "We're so close in age and positions in our life, and music is our life, so to be able to do it together is awesome.
