Rising star Ariana Grande took to the stage last night (April 1) at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, singing her 2013 debut hit song "The Way" and newest single "Problem."

Even though her respective song partners Mac Miller and Iggy Azalea were absent, Grande commanded the stage on her own (well, with a bunch of background dancers) including a quick wardrobe change from a dowdy sweater dress to a short, sparkly number, and a dance breakdown (which tickled Rihanna, who sat in the audience).
