Trey Songz, Nas and Wale are just some of the special guests that will appear on Mariah Carey's forthcoming fourteenth studio album.
In an open and honest interview with Billboard this week, Carey and her team confirmed the collaborations along with the fact that this album is less about singles and more about creating a "body" of work.
"You would think I would be all about the singles-driven situation, and I am in a way, but with this particular album I want my fans to hear it as a body of work. This is my life since we last left off. Just picture a dot dot dot, and then here's the album," Carey shared with Billboard.
In related news, the chart-topping diva has cleared up rumors that this will be her last album.
"I will always make music. When I said it could be my last, that's because tomorrow's not promised to anyone," says Carey.
It's unclear when Mariah's new album will be released.
