LeToya Luckett’s ‘Single Ladies’ Axed

After three years on VH1, the TV drama series Single Ladies has been cancelled.

Executive produced by Queen Latifah and her Flavor Unit Entertainment, the show underwent a huge drop in viewership and cast changes over its three season run, forcing executives at VH1 to bail on a fourth season.

The latest season sees a starring role from singer/actress LeToya Luckett, who plays Felicia Price, a powerful music manager/executive.

According to the Hollywood reporter, the season finale will air later this month (Mar 2014).

Single Ladies, launched in 2011, follows the love lives of three best friends, played by Charity Shea, LisaRaye MCCoy and Denise Vasi, who replaced Stacey Dash in 2012 after one season.
