Things are just not going in Chris Brown’s favor.
After reportedly volunteering to spend a little while longer in rehab following the completion of his court ordered 90-day stint, an L.A. judge has ordered the Grammy winner to spend another two months of residency in the Malibu treatment facility.
During a court appearance on Friday, Los Angeles County Judge James Brandlin made the ruling to send Brown back to the anger management and drug rehab program due to his assault charge in Washington, D.C. A hearing will be held on April 23rd, and the judge will make a ruling on whether to send Brown to jail or not for violating his probation in his Rihanna assault case.
Although Brown’s probation officer said that the singer “continues to make great improvement” in dealing with anger, stress and drugs, the ruling is not what he was expecting, leaving him to just drop his head in disappointment.
“Never really goes the way u plan. #LIFE,” tweeted Brown following his court appearance.
Brown recently announced that his new album, X, would arrive on May 5th, but after this ruling, it’s unclear if this date will be changed.
Hold your head Mr. Brown…This is a test of your growth as a man!
