Chris Brown Sued By DC Assault Victim, Plus Court Dates Set For Misdemeanor and Probation Trials

Yesterday, the lawyers involved in Chris Brown's misdemeanor assault case decided that the trial would begin on April 17th. Preceding that appearance, the singer is due in court on February 28th regarding a probation violation brought on by the same charge.

Parker Adams, the defendant in this case, is not only looking for criminal justice for the alleged assault in D.C., he is now seeking $1.5 Million dollars from Brown in a new suit; $1M for injuries sustained and $500K in damages.

Due to court woes and rehab, Brown's X album didn't make it to the shelves or media players in 2013, hopefully history won't repeat itself.
