Kelis serves the visual for "Jerk Ribs," the lead single from her forthcoming album, Food, tentatively set to arrive on April 28. Like the groovy tune, which sees the singer-songwriter in a good place that "feels right," the video showcases the step-by-step makings of a happy and high fashion Kelis.
“This song is the cornerstone of my album,” Kelis told TIME. “So I wanted the video to look like my life, my love — back to the beginning.”
