That girl IS on fire!
Alicia Keys took home the Grammy for Best R&B Album for her 2012 LP Girl on Fire at the 2014 Grammy Awards, beating out TGT for Three Kings, Faith Evans' R&B Divas, John Legend's Love in The Future, and Chrisette Michele's Better. The album the smash singles "Girl of Fire," "Fire We Make" ft. Maxwell, and "New Day," "Brand New Me," and "Tears Always Win."
