The sultry singer-songwriter Jade de LaFleur gives her 9 track new EP, 'Jaded', to the people. This fresh mix of R&B, jazz and blues as well as songwriting and production from James Fauntleroy, D.A. from Chester French, Corey “Chorus” Gibson, The Page Brothers and LaFleur herself is a collection of her thoughts, heartbreaks, feelings and humbling moments.
Jaded features the title track, “Jaded”, which was also featured on Solange’s Saint Heron compilation album. The EP tells the story of Jade’s first experiences moving to New York City.
Along with thw new effort, which you can cop above, De LaFleur gives us the visuals for her new song "Blue Notes and Green Trees," which digs into the harsh realities of surviving the everyday hustle. The video also features a cameo from up and coming artist Ro James. Check it out.
