Talent shows and reality television have been advantageous for Ruben Studdard.
Now, he’s back on a reality TV show, The Biggest Loser, placing him in millions of households as he attempts to regain control of his body and music career.
Studdard signed a new record deal with Verve Records and plans to release his sixth studio album, Unconditional Love, in February of next year (2014).
After a two-year gap between releasing a new project, Studdard claims, “’Unconditional Love’ is my most romantic album yet… It's the most heartfelt album I've ever recorded and includes many of my favorite songs from all different eras."
The album includes collaborations with Eric Benet, David Foster and Lalah Hathaway.
